Faculty and staff advised of mandatory password change

The Office of Information Technologies will enable a password change request for all faculty and staff at approximately 6 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 1.

Employees who are on campus Thursday morning will be asked to change their password when they log in to their computer. Those who are off campus should change their password by logging in to the Outlook Web Access e-mail interface at owa.salve.edu.

Smartphone users will need to update the e-mail password on their phone after changing their network password. This update should be completed within 24 hours. For further assistance, refer to the instruction page listed above or call the Help Desk at (401) 341-7777.

If there are systems utilized in your specific departments that are not tied to your network user account, these passwords will not be changed and will require you continue to utilize your existing passwords to access them correctly. To change passwords on these systems as well, call the Help Desk at (401) 341-7777 for further assistance.

    After signing in to mysalve the message states….error you do not have primary portal constituency…contact portal administrator….
