“Food 101” workshop focusing on healthy eating

Faculty and staff are invited to learn more about the benefits of healthy eating during a “Food 101” workshop scheduled for 11:45 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20 in the Ochre Court breakfast room.

Being careful about the foods we eat can have a positive impact on our overall health and wellness. Presented by United Healthcare, this workshop will provide information on the benefits of healthy eating and offer critical insight into processed foods, sugars, sodium and carbohydrates. Participants will be given the opportunity to taste test some healthy alternatives.
