HR sponsoring healthy eating workshop

Would you like to learn how to make two healthy entrees by watching an expert chef prepare them right here on campus? Would you like the opportunity to sample the creations he has prepared?

The Office of Human Resources is sponsoring a healthy eating workshop for faculty and staff at noon Tuesday, March 26 in the Ochre Court breakfast room.

Sodexo executive chef John Brando will demonstrate how to make chicken and spinach flatbread and cranberry turkey burger sliders. He will also provide attendees with nutritional information and recipes and will award prizes.
