Mercy Center staff conducting “spiritual type” workshop
Staff from the Mercy Center for Spiritual Life will lead employees through a “spiritual type” workshop at noon Monday, April 14. “Cultivating Your Spirit: What is Your Spiritual Type?” will be held in the Ochre Court breakfast room.
Spiritual types help us develop our self-awareness and our self-understanding. Types help us uncover the things that give us energy and joy. Types help us understand how we make decisions and why we interact with the world around us the way we do. Types show us something of who we are and how we fit into the larger world. This fast-paced workshop will help participants discover a bit more about what makes them tick.
Employees on the University’s health insurance plan who attend at least two HR-sponsored wellness workshops during 2014 will be eligible to receive a $25 payroll credit, which will be distributed in February 2015. You must be actively employed and on the payroll in February 2015 to receive the credit.
Light refreshments will be served. For more information, or to register, contact Cindy Donnelly at (401) 341-3160 or cynthia.donnelly@salve.edu.
