Amica Marathon Water Stop
The organizers of the annual Amica Marathon are seeking 15-20 Salve Regina students to manage a water stop on Ochre Point Avenue from 7:30-11 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 14. All volunteers will receive a T-shirt. If interested, contact Jon White at jwhite@eidentsports.com.
Melville Fall Festival
Melville Elementary School is seeking volunteers to help with the annual Fall Festival from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27. Enjoy a fun-filled day while helping the school raise funds for programs and activities. Volunteers are needed to run game booths, hand out 50/50 raffle tickets, run inflatables and much more. Fortress of Nightmares
Fort Adams is hosting the annual Fortress of Nightmares and is seeking volunteers who can construct a world of terror and panic for the guests. Learning Unlimited
Learning Unlimited is looking for students to help create a welcoming environment for people with developmental disabilities. Meetings are held at 6 p.m. Thursdays in McAuley Hall. Learning Unlimited creates opportunities in which you connect one-on-one while playing games, watching movies and writing poetry. If interested, contact Michele Banks at michele.banks@salve.edu.
