Newport Hospital is seeking a volunteer to take pictures of “volunteers in action” and create a PowerPoint presentation for the annual volunteer awards ceremony. The student must have his/her own reliable transportation and be able to attend the May 1 awards ceremony to run the presentation on standard lap top projector. Visiting Nurse Services
Visiting Nurse Services is seeking volunteers for various opportunities, including office assistance, archiving projects and maintenance projects. Volunteers are also needed to learn how to install emergency response devices in patients’ homes on an as-needed basis. For more information, email Dale Dupuis at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Save the Bay

The Salvation Army is seeking volunteers for its soup kitchen at 5 p.m. Fridays and 4 p.m. Sundays. They are also seeking volunteers for their kids and teens activities from 5-7 p.m. Thursdays.
