Educator Forum features recent graduates, experienced administrators
Recent education graduates and seasoned administrators will share their experiences Thursday, March 28 during the Rhode Island Educator Forum, an annual collaborative event between Salve Regina and Roger Williams universities.
The program will be held from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Roger Williams’ Baypoint Residence and Conference Center, located at 144 Anthony Road in Portsmouth. The agenda will include simultaneous panels on elementary/special education and middle/secondary education, a reverse career fair and a networking reception.

The elementary/special education panel will include:
- Alison Brochu ’14, district data manager, Tiverton Public Schools
- Margaret Knowlton, director of school age programs, Meeting Street
- Morgan McBrier ’18, special education teacher, Tiverton Public Schools
- Caroline Tedesco, account manager, Curriculum Associates
The middle/secondary education panel will include:
- Shelby Chung, math teacher, Durfee High School
- Alexandra Godino, reading specialist, ESL teacher and department chair, Argosy Collegiate Charter School
- Jerry Haas ’17, math teacher, Middletown High School
- Thomas Kenworthy, assistant superintendent, Portsmouth Public Schools
- Dennis Soares, assistant principal, Middletown Public Schools
- Chris Vanesian ’14, math teacher, Robert Adams Middle School
