Fall 2013 study abroad application deadline approaching

Want to go abroad this fall? The Office of International Program will accept fall 2013 study abroad applications through Friday, Feb. 1. Applications are available in the Gatehouse.

All students are encouraged to apply. The Office of International Programs will determine if there is a need to consider the conditional acceptance process if an applicant does not meet one of the requirements listed below.

Eligibility requirements:

• Minimum 2.7 cumulative GPA
• Office of Student Affairs review. Students must be in good disciplinary standing at the time of application to be fully accepted into a semester study abroad program. Students with minor disciplinary infractions may be conditionally accepted at the discretion of the director of international programs.
• Participation is contingent upon the student being in good financial standing at the time of program departure.
• Availability of academic credits to fulfill degree requirements. Applicants must have a declared major and be of junior standing or have departmental permission.
