Fall grades to become available Monday, Dec. 24

Grades for the fall 2018 semester will be available to view online starting Monday, Dec. 24. Students who need printable grade reports can obtain them online when they access their grades through WebAdvisor in the portal, or they can obtain an unofficial transcript through My Salve in the portal.

If you are requesting an official transcript and would like your final fall 2018 grades to be posted on your transcript, you must wait until Monday, Dec. 24 to place your transcript order through Parchment. If you will be completing your degree requirements by the end of the fall 2018 semester and would like your conferral date on your transcript, your degree will be conferred by Friday, Jan. 4, so please wait until after then to request your official transcript.

Transcripts will be denied to students with outstanding financial obligations. Students who have an urgent transcript request and are in doubt about the status of their account should contact the Business Office at (401) 341-2900 or businessoffice@salve.edu.

The grading timetable is as follows:

  • All grades are due from faculty on Sunday, Dec. 23.
  • On Monday, Dec. 24 at 8 a.m., grades will be available to students online via the portal.
  • The Office of the Registrar will be closed Dec. 22 through Jan. 1.
