Students are invited to attend the annual Study Abroad Fair
The Center for Global Education & Fellowships is excited that study abroad experiences for students are resuming again, despite some COVID-19 restrictions that are still impacting travel globally.
Salve Regina students are studying abroad this fall, with many more projected to head out in the spring of 2022. All destinations are monitored for entry restrictions, as well as any quarantine, masking, vaccination requirements or other health recommendations.
Students interested in studying abroad are invited to explore their many options at the annual Study Abroad Fair, scheduled for 3-5 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 22, in Ochre Court.
Salve Regina’s study abroad opportunities span six continents and more than 40 countries. Programs range in duration from two-week, three-credit options to a full academic year abroad. Service learning opportunities and internships for academic credit are also available, and students from all academic majors and class levels will find an experience that fits their interests and needs.
During the fair, students can meet study abroad representatives for short-term, semester and yearlong programs, as well as speak with study abroad alumni who can share their own overseas experiences. Refreshments will be served.
