Sullivan Fitness Center offering variety of recreation classes

Salve’s Sullivan Fitness Center is offering a variety of recreation classes throughout the fall 2018 semester. All classes are free and open to students, faculty and staff. Classes meet in the lower level of the Rodgers Recreation Center (Room 039) and will run through Friday, Dec. 7.

Regular fitness center hours are 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday.

Yoga

  • 10:30 a.m. Sunday
  • 10:30 a.m. Wednesday
  • 7 p.m. Thursday

Experience a new level of enlightenment. Stretch, strengthen and meditate.

Cardio Pump

  • 3:30 p.m. Tuesday
  • 3:30 p.m. Wednesday
  • 3:30 p.m. Thursday

High-intensity cardio with strength conditioning and body work.

Boot Camp

  • 8 p.m. Monday
  • 2:30 p.m. Tuesday
  • 2:30 p.m. Thursday
  • 6 p.m. Thursday

Boot camp combines various plyometric, strength training and cardio moves for a high-intensity workout. Great for reducing stress, losing weight, toning and increasing energy.
