New operating hours take effect July 1

Beginning Monday, July 1, the published operating hours for the University will be 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., bringing Salve Regina into conformity with other Rhode Island and New England colleges and universities.
The University will be closed Thursday, July 4 and Friday, July 5 in recognition of Independence Day. In addition, Salve Regina will close at noon on Fridays from July 12 through Aug. 16.
In order to better serve students, some offices will open earlier or stay open later. Supervisors will work with their staff in these offices to adjust schedules in order to provide the additional coverage needed.
