Salve Regina staff members invited to attend staff assembly meeting on March 10
The Staff Advisory Council (SAC) is inviting all Salve Regina staff members to attend a staff assembly meeting at 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 10, in the Bazarsky Lecture Hall in the O’Hare Academic Building. Virtual attendance will be offered via Webex, and staff can request access to the Webex link by emailing staffadvisory@salve.edu.
As a reminder, the newly formed SAC is the counterpart to the Faculty Assembly. The purpose of the staff assembly meetings is for the SAC to share the work they have been doing and to hear feedback, comments and concerns from the entire staff as a group.
The SAC plans to hold quarterly staff assembly meetings for all staff members throughout the calendar year.
An agenda for the meeting is outlined below:
- Introduction of the SAC
- Introduction of the chief of staff
- Update from the SAC
- Staff survey result highlights
- Staff shoutouts and recognition sharing
All staff are encouraged to submit the SAC feedback form, which is available for all staff to share anonymous feedback regarding any topic they wish. Staff may also email feedback to staffadvisory@salve.edu, although this is not anonymous given that one’s email address will be shown.
The SAC is looking forward to seeing all staff at the assembly. Staff can request access to the Webex link by emailing staffadvisory@salve.edu. Following the assembly, participants can also head over to a reception in Ochre Court from 3-5 p.m. to enjoy some Irish cheer for staff and faculty.
