Hamilton Gallery currently showcasing Honors Senior Thesis Exhibition 2022
The Dorrance H. Hamilton Gallery will be running the Honors Senior Thesis Exhibition 2022 through Tuesday, April 12. This exhibition showcases the work of five outstanding seniors from the Department of Art and Art History, and the thesis projects involve graphic design, photography, illustration and mixed media.
The five seniors are listed below, along with some thoughts on their art projects. While the photos show bits and pieces of the art projects, the full displays are only on view in the Hamilton Gallery.
Neneé Angulo ’22: major in interactive media and illustration
Chloe Brown ’22: studio art major with concentrations in graphic design and photography, marketing minor
George Corrigan ’22: studio art major with a concentration in photography and graphic design, minor in marketing
Meagan Rood ’22: Studio art major with concentrations in graphic design and illustration
Karenna Waring ’22: Studio art major with concentration in graphic design
The Dorrance H. Hamilton Gallery is located in the Antone Academic Center on the campus of Salve Regina. It is handicap accessible with parking along Lawrence and Leroy Avenues. Its exhibits are open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Wednesdays and Fridays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays from Noon to 4 p.m. The gallery is closed on Mondays.
