Led by Dr. Katherine Lawber, professor of modern and classical languages, “Literary Paris” will run from Jan. 3-13, 2014. Participants will come to know and appreciate some of the greatest works in both French and world literature. Reading and studying these works in a Parisian environment will allow students to visit sites that are closely related to the authors and/or their works, which will provide a dimension to their understanding that is impossible to recreate in a classroom setting.
The program fee is $4,100, which includes three credits of Salve Regina tuition, round-trip airfare from Boston, lodging in a tourist-class hotel, metro/bus pass, museum entrance fees, daily breakfast, two group dinners and more.
