Employees invited to annual community picnic

All Salve Regina employees and their families are invited to attend this year’s community picnic, which will be held from 12:30-3 p.m. Tuesday, June 27 on the O’Hare Academic Building lawn. This year’s activities include pony rides, face painting, bubble station, popcorn wagon, yard games, ice cream sundae bar and bingo.

Schedule of events:

  • 12:30 p.m. – Arrival time
  • 12:40 p.m. – Blessing by President Jane Gerety, RSM
  • 12:45 p.m. – Food served cookout style, lawn games and children’s activities, open mic jam session with Francine Lunn and Brian McDonnell
  • 1:30 p.m. – Pony rides, ice cream sundae bar
  • 2 p.m. – Bingo
  • 3 p.m. – Picnic ends
