Sullivan Fitness Center announces hours, classes

With the spring 2013 semester now underway, the Sullivan Fitness Center has resumed normal hours of operation and has announced the spring schedule of fitness classes.
The fitness center is open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday.
All fitness classes are free for students and are held in the Rodgers Recreation Center aerobics studio. Spin classes require advance signup (see Dawn Hawn in the athletics office).
Class schedule:
- Pilates – 7 p.m. Monday
- Spin – 12:15 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday
- Step – 7 p.m. Wednesday
- Yoga – 6:30 p.m. Thursday
- Zumba – 5 p.m. Monday and Wednesday
