Statements like this are flooding the airwaves and Internet, but what does it all mean? What are the advantages of purchasing a home? What are the differences between mortgage and lending programs? How does credit score play into getting a mortgage?

If you’ve asked yourself questions like this or have thought about purchasing a home, join Richard Stanley, mortgage development officer, and the team from Sovereign Bank/Banco Santander for a home ownership workshop.

The workshop will be held at 11:45 a.m. Wednesday, March 27 in the Ochre Court breakfast room. Attendees should feel free to bring their own lunch or enjoy pizza provided by the Office of Human Resources.

Stanley will also be on hand after the workshop to provide free one-on-one consultations to evaluate individual situations and provide expert advice.
