Undergraduates invited to apply for student scholarships
Each year, the University offers a variety of student scholarships made possible through the generosity of alumni, parents and friends who have established funds in honor of a loved one or in gratitude for their own Salve Regina experience.
All rising sophomores, juniors and seniors are encouraged to review the list of available funds and determine their eligibility for student scholarships. Tuition credits range from $250 up to $3,000 depending on the scholarship.
The scholarship application is available online and the deadline to apply is Friday, March 29. Submissions will be reviewed by committees specific to the criteria of the award.
Female undergraduates are invited to apply for the Vision of Mercy Scholarship, which supports students who are committed to the materially poor, to peace and justice, and to working with advocacy groups in keeping with the critical concerns of the Religious Sisters of Mercy. Applicants should be devoted to advancing the human condition of individuals and communities, especially those who are impoverished, disadvantaged or downtrodden.
In addition, faculty and staff are invited to recommend students for the 50th Anniversary Scholarship, the Pioneer Class of ’51 Scholarship and the Vision of Mercy Scholarship, among others.
