SGA seeking candidates for executive board, senate positions
The Student Government Association is seeking candidates for 2019-2020 executive board and senate positions. Nomination packets for president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, public relations coordinator, chief justice and senator are now available online.

Nomination packets should be submitted via Seahawk Connection by 5 p.m. Thursday, March 28. A mandatory campaign meeting will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, March 28 in Wakehurst club resource room. Active campaigning may not begin until after the meeting.
Candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Must be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at Salve Regina at the time of the election and must maintain eligibility per the SGA constitution.
- Must not be on probation, either academic or behavioral, as determined by University regulations.
- Must not hold more than one executive or legislative office within the student government at a time.
Elections will be held April 4-5 via Seahawk Connection. Voting will begin at 7 a.m. Thursday, April 4 and will close at 10 p.m. Friday, April 5. All full-time undergraduate students are eligible to vote.
