Students invited to explore options at study abroad fair
Students interested in study abroad are invited to explore their many options at the annual study abroad fair, scheduled for 3-5 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18 in Ochre Court. Light refreshments will be served.
During the fair, students can meet study abroad representatives for short term, semester and yearlong programs, as well as speak with study abroad alumni who can share their own overseas experiences.
Students from all academic majors and class levels will find options that fit their interests and needs. Salve Regina’s study abroad options span six continents and more than 40 countries. Programs range in duration from two-week, three-credit options to full academic year abroad options. Service learning opportunities and internships for academic credit are also available.
In the weeks following the fair, student global ambassadors will hold information sessions every Monday-Thursday at 4 p.m. in the Office of International Programs, located in Drexel Hall. Students are welcome to attend these sessions on a drop-in basis to begin the study abroad process.
