Attend virtual meeting about combined bachelor’s/master’s programs
The application deadline for Salve Regina’s combined bachelor’s/master’s programs, also known as the 5-year programs, is February 15, 2021.
To hear more about this exciting opportunity to obtain both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree, undergraduate students are encouraged to pop in and learn about GPA requirements and other details that will prepare them for a successful application into the combined programs on Wednesday, Nov. 18, at 4:30 p.m. on Zoom. No registration is needed.
Salve Regina’s combined bachelor’s/master’s degree program is an accelerated course of study that allows undergraduate students to apply for early admission to a graduate program and enroll in graduate classes during their senior year. Qualified Salve Regina students can earn both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in as few as five years for most programs.
Upon acceptance, undergraduates may take up to four graduate courses — which is 12 credits — during their senior year. Upon conferral of the bachelor’s degree, students are fully accepted into the graduate program and complete the remaining courses in their graduate program of study.
Students interested in a combined bachelor’s/master’s program should inform their undergraduate advisor and meet with the appropriate graduate program director during the fall semester of their junior year. While only juniors can currently apply, freshman and sophomores are invited to attend to hear the information as well.
