“Casting Call” seeking student stories for marketing initiatives
Do you have a great Salve story? Do you want to be a part of telling Salve’s story in the University’s marketing efforts? As part of a new marketing initiative and partnership with Dartlet, the offices of Admissions and University Relations will host an open casting call from 1-6 p.m. Wednesday, April 5 in the DiStefano Lecture Hall.
Salve Regina is special because of the people who make up the University community, and their stories best represent “who Salve is” to the outsider looking in. The Great Salve Regina Casting Call is searching for students who want to get involved and share their likeness and story to support the University’s future marketing efforts. Faculty and alumni are also welcome to participate.
Interested participants are invited to sign up for 30-minute blocks, which will include a short interview, a photo session and a video screen test. Walk-ins are also welcome.
“We are looking for as many faces of Salve as we can find: any class year, faculty, alumni – anyone with a story to tell,” said Jamie McGuire, digital production manager. “We’re looking forward to seeing some of the familiar faces that we’ve featured over the past couple of years, but we are also hoping to get some new faces and new perspectives about what makes Salve so special. Whether it be a story of personal growth or academic success, job placement or community engagement, these stories are what truly reveal what we are all about here at Salve.”
