Fall 2014 grades to become available Saturday, Dec. 20
Grades for the fall 2014 semester will be available online on Saturday, Dec. 20. In addition, the Office of the Registrar will resume transcript service for all students whose grades are complete on Monday, Jan. 5.
Salve Regina does not mail semester grade reports. Students who need grade reports may obtain them online when they access their grades through My Salve. Students who do not have Internet access at or near their home may ask the Office of the Registrar to mail a semester grade report to the home address or complete the grade release authorization form.
Parents who wish a copy of the grade report should ask their student to print one for their use. Parents whose students have filed a parental release form have the option of asking the Office of the Registrar to mail a printed grade report to the home address.
The grading timetable is as follows:
- All grades are due from faculty by Friday, Dec. 19.
- On Saturday, Dec. 20, grades will be available to students online via My Salve.
- On Monday, Jan. 5, immediately after Christmas break, the Office of the Registrar will mail grade reports to those who request them.
The Office of the Registrar will resume transcript service for students on Monday, Jan. 5. Transcripts may be denied to students with outstanding financial obligations. Students who have an urgent transcript request and are in doubt about the status of their account should call the Business Office at (401) 341-2900.
