Fall grades to become available Sunday, Dec. 22

Grades for the fall 2019 semester will be available to view online beginning Sunday, Dec. 22. Students who need printable grade reports can obtain them online when they access their grades through My Salve in the portal, or they can obtain an unofficial transcript through My Salve as well.

The grading timetable is as follows:

  • All grades are due from faculty on Saturday, Dec. 21.
  • On Sunday, Dec. 22 at 8 a.m., grades will be available online via My Salve.
  • The Office of the Registrar will be closed Dec. 21 through Jan. 1.

If you are requesting an official transcript and would like your final fall 2019 grades to be posted on your transcript, you must wait until Sunday, Dec. 22. You should verify that all your grades are posted before ordering an official transcript. Official transcript orders should be placed through Parchment.

If you will be completing your degree requirements by the end of the fall 2019 semester and would like your conferral date on your transcript, your degree will be conferred by Monday, Jan. 6, so please wait until after then to request your official transcript.

Transcripts will be denied to students with outstanding financial obligations. Students who have an urgent transcript request and are in doubt about the status of their account should contact the Business Office at (401) 341-2900 or businessoffice@salve.edu.
