Harden is first Seahawk with four first-team honors
Guard Meaghan Harden ’16 was named to the Commonwealth Coast Conference all-conference first team for women’s basketball.
Harden, who leads the conference in scoring (16.8 points per game), is the first Seahawk to earn first team all-league honors in women’s basketball for four straight years. The former rookie of the year became the school’s all-time leading scorer in November, and has amassed 1,922 career points. Harden is also enjoying a great season on the glass, with 7.2 rebounds to lead the Seahawks, while posting five double-doubles on the year.
Harden will lead the seventh-seeded Seahawks against the second-seeded Golden Bears of Western New England University in conference quarterfinal action on Tuesday.
