HR sponsoring work-life balance workshop
Struggling with your work-life balance? Learn how to manage it all and stay healthy and happy during an upcoming “Lunch and Learn” workshop sponsored by the Office of Human Resources.
Co-facilitated by David Dawson, director of counseling services, and Donna DeAscentis, outreach coordinator, the workshop will be held at noon Friday, Nov. 6 in the Antone Academic Center, Room 125. Interested faculty and staff should register online.
Participants will learn how work-related behaviors impact physical and psychological well-being, and discuss how to create and sustain boundaries regarding work responsibilities while maintaining a strong work ethic. By completing a reflection exercise on work-related behaviors, attendees will create personal plans to remain effective workers while balancing work and personal values.
Participants should bring their own lunch.
