Seahawks land 32 on academic all-conference squad

The football team has landed 32 student-athletes on the New England Football Conference’s 2016 academic all-conference team.
To qualify for the team, a player must have completed three semesters at the same institution with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. “To have this many men on our academic all-conference team, it further exemplifies our team commitment to do everything in their power to work to become champions on and off the field,” said head coach Kevin Gilmartin. “It makes me proud to be their head coach.”
