Six Seahawks make All-CCC teams in men’s lacrosse
TheĀ Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) recently announced its 2022 Men’s Lacrosse All-Conference Teams and major award winners with six members of Salve Regina’s team members among the honorees.
Midfielders Max Beauchamp ’24 and Brendan Laundry ’23 joined long-stick midfielder Jack Naglieri ’24 as All-CCC Second Team honorees. Attackers Liam Cooney ’24 and Rocco Mazzei ’23 were named to the All-CCC Third Team, while graduate student Pat Leary ’21 makes his fourth All-CCC team by being named an attacker as well.
Voting for the All-CCC Teams and major awards was conducted by the nine CCC men’s lacrosse head coaches following the conclusion of the regular season. For the complete list of All-CCC honorees and major award winners, go here.
TheĀ Commonwealth Coast Conference, founded in 1984, is an NCAA Division III athletic conference comprised of 10 full member and two associate member institutions throughout the New England region. Its membership aims to provide student-athletes with a positive experience in their pursuit of excellence through high academic standards, quality competition, and a meaningful student life. The conference administers championships in 19 intercollegiate sports.
