Spring 2016 grades to become available Monday, May 9

Grades for the spring 2016 semester will become available for online viewing and printing at 5 p.m. Monday May 9. Students who need printable grade reports can obtain them online when they access their grades through WebAdvisor in My Salve.

Parents who wish a copy of the grade report should ask their student to print one for their use. Parents whose students have filed a parental release form have the option of asking the Office of the Registrar to mail a printed grade report to the home address.

With the exception of spring 2016 graduates, the Office of the Registrar will resume transcript service Wednesday, May 11 for all students whose grades are complete. The Office of the Registrar will resume transcript service for graduates by Monday, May 23. The extra time is required to make sure that all graduation data is posted correctly before sending the transcript.

Transcripts may be denied to students with outstanding financial obligations. Students who have an urgent transcript request and are in doubt about the status of their account should call the Business Office at (401) 341-2900.
