SRyou Student Exposition shares schedule of events for March 23
SRyou Student Exposition is being held on Wednesday, March 23 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The day offers an opportunity for both undergraduate and graduate students to share curricular, co-curricular and extracurricular involvements with their peers, faculty, staff and community members.
The SRyou Student Exposition for 2022 will be held in a regular in-person format. There will be poster boards and table displays, as well as performing arts performances and presentations.
“Our theme this year is ‘Adventure is Waiting for SRyou,’” described Anita Lahue ’22, the SRyou Student Exposition planning committee chairwoman. “We wanted this theme to capture the spirit of curiosity and exploration that our presenters exhibit. Whether they are practicing a performance for hours on end, working closely with their faculty to complete ground-breaking research or going out into the community to serve others, the experiences we have at Salve take us on a journey of discovery and growth.”
Please visit the SRyou Student Exposition’s program to see what events will be held over the course of the day on Wednesday, March 23.
Due to current policies and procedures, SRyou is unable to welcome guests from outside of the immediate University community. It will be a safe environment for attendees by following the COVID-19 guidelines put forward by the University and the R.I. Department of Health. Masks and social distancing are required.
Through participating in this exposition, students benefit by:
- Showcasing their academic, artistic and altruistic endeavors.
- Developing professional presentation skills.
- Enhancing their resumes.
- Discovering the scope and diversity of the achievements of their peers.
