Students invited to study abroad fair to learn about international programs
Students interested in studying abroad are invited to explore their many international options during a study abroad fair this Thursday, Sept. 15, from 3-5 p.m. in Ochre Court. Refreshments and hors d’oeuvres will be served.
During the study abroad fair, Salve Regina faculty will be present to showcase and share international opportunities connected to their department and area of expertise. Study abroad representatives from other universities and providers will share about their own international programs and opportunities — like short-term, one semester and full academic years — based around the world.
Salve Regina’s study abroad possibilities go to 40 countries and over 200 programs. In portfolio of experiences offered through Salve Regina, service learning opportunities and internships for academic credit are also available. Students from all academic majors and class levels will find opportunities that fit their interests and needs.
Study abroad alumni and international students from international partners will be present to share their own experiences from overseas.
For more details about study abroad, students can visit the Center for Global Education & Fellowships’ Linktree to get up-to-date resources and information to build a roadmap towards an international experience.
