Study abroad application deadline extended
Want to go abroad this fall? There is still time. The Office of International Programs has extended the deadline for submitting fall 2014 and 2014-2015 academic year study abroad applications to Monday, Feb. 10. Applications are available online.
All students are encouraged to apply. The Office of International Programs will determine if there is a need to consider the conditional acceptance process if an applicant does not meet one of the requirements listed below.
Eligibility requirements:
- Minimum 2.7 cumulative GPA
- Office of Student Affairs review. Students must be in good disciplinary standing at the time of application to be fully accepted into a semester study abroad program. Students with minor disciplinary infractions may be conditionally accepted at the discretion of the director of international programs.
- Participation is contingent upon the student being in good financial standing at the time of program departure.
- Availability of academic credits to fulfill degree requirements. Applicants must have a declared major and be of junior standing or have departmental permission.
