Willow seeking submissions, sponsoring competition

The Willow, Salve Regina’s literary magazine, is seeking student submissions of artwork, photography, poetry and prose. Submissions will be accepted through Thursday, Oct. 20 at thewillowliterarymagazine.submittable.com.

The organization is also holding a campus-wide competition in which students could win any of the following prizes:

  • $50 Brick Alley Pub gift card
  • $30 Empire Tea & Coffee gift card
  • $20 Salve bookstore gift card

Students who wish to participate in the competition should capture their favorite part of Halloween season using artwork, photos, poetry or prose along with the hashtag #willoween on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. The deadline for the competition is Thursday Nov. 3.
