Announcing the Top 10 Stories of the Year on SALVEtoday
2021 was another eventful year at Salve Regina, and the news stories posted on SALVEtoday highlighted the University community in a variety of ways. As the year 2021 comes to a close, the newspaper is sharing the Top 10 Stories of the Year from 2021’s coverage.
These news story rankings are based on the overall traffic they received throughout the year of 2021. Read below to see which stories were viewed the most by the world — including an international student who received two master’s degrees, welcoming a new campus resource dog, a surfer who loves Salve Regina and an employee who is helping people process grief.
1. Salve Success: Graduate student from Barbados received two master’s degrees while in Newport

4. Princeton Review selects Salve Regina as 2022 ‘Best in the Northeast’
