Dr. Luigi Bradizza, assistant professor of political science, will lead a roundtable discussion exploring the challenge of Middle East peace at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 17 in the Ochre Court breakfast room. Sponsored by the Pell Center for International Relations and Public Policy, the discussion is open only to current Salve Regina students, faculty and staff.

Since World War II, no diplomatic challenge has bedeviled policymakers more than the elusive goal of Middle East peace. Bradizza will explore the incentives and impediments to peace in the region, the rising risk of conflict between Israel and Iran and the challenges facing diplomats seeking a just and durable peace.

Lunch will be provided. To RSVP, contact the Pell Center at (401) 341-2927 or pellcenter@salve.edu.
