In recent months, there have been many times that a social media post or a conversation has included the words “unprecedented times.” These are indeed unprecedented times of change and uncertainty, and yet one of the values that must remain, especially for our Salve Regina community, is Mercy. The tender Mercy modeled for us by life and vocation of Catherine McAuley and the Sisters of Mercy puts into perspective all the ways in which love and service have been a catalyst for change and a steady commitment throughout the history of our University.

Recently, the Mercy Center for Spiritual Life asked four students to reflect on how they continue to find and share Mercy during this time of global crisis.

Ana Hontoria ’22

Ryan Miech ’21

Theo Modla ’23

Hannah Rossman ’23

Each Monday and Wednesday, SALVEtoday will provide a prayer of reflection for the University community to reflect upon during this time of remote living and learning. #salvesgotthis #mercymondays
