Textbooks now available for fall 2013 semester

Textbooks for the fall 2013 semester are now available to rent or purchase on the Salve Regina bookstore website.

The bookstore provides a variety of affordable options – including new and used, printed and digital titles for purchase or rent. The textbook rental program, Rent-A-Text, provides deep upfront savings and the freedom to highlight and take notes. Students can also change their mind and convert their rental to purchase with no hidden fees.

In addition to its rental program, the bookstore offers a variety of digital learning technologies in-store and online. This growing assortment includes Follett’s CafeScribe, inkling, Copia and many more. Digital materials enable students to study anytime, anywhere and may feature interactive tools like video, animation and models.

To order textbooks, visit www.salve.bkstr.com and select “Books” then “Textbooks and Course Materials.” Registration for the textbook rental program can also be completed during the order process. Students can ship books to their home address or have them held at the bookstore for easy and convenient pickup when they arrive for the fall semester.

Currently located in the O’Hare Academic Center due to the Miley Hall renovation, the bookstore is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Friday. For more information, email 0537mgr@follett.com or call (401) 847-9086.
