The Office of International Programs is inviting members of the University community to vote in its inaugural photo contest for international students.

Salve Regina’s international students represent more than 20 countries, and they have submitted photos that showcase their communities, friends and families back home.

Students, faculty and staff are invited to vote for their favorite submissions by “liking” photos on the contest’s Facebook album or visiting the display on the first floor of the McKillop Library. The contest will run through April 29.

The winner will be chosen based on the number of votes and likes on Facebook and will be awarded a $50 Amazon gift card.

The idea for the contest came from Hannah Montero ’16, an international student from Belize who interned for the Office of International Programs during the fall 2015 semester. She has been working with the office’s current intern, Allyson Neurohr ’11, to run the contest.
